General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is requesting bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for CRUISE TERMINAL PARKING RELOCATION – DPMT to construct an expansion of the Dames Point Marine Terminal parking facility in order to relocate the existing cruise terminal parking area.  The project includes approximately 18.2 acre of new pavement that connects to both existing pavement and the wharfs.  The current travel patterns for entering/existing the cruise terminal facility will be modified as part of the project.  The proposed project includes but is not limited to paving, storm water pipe collection system, inlets and manholes that connect to an existing drainage system.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 10:00 AM (EST) at the Jacksonville Port Authority, Port Central Office Building, 1st Floor Board Room, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL  32206 .  If you plan to attend, you must call (904) 357-3017 to have your name added to the shuttle bus roster.  The shuttle bus will transport bidders after the pre-bid meeting to the project site. This is a restricted terminal and you must be on the bus roster to enter the terminal. Please bring a safety vest and hard hat.
