General Summary of Scope of Work:   The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a qualified company to provide and deliver as needed various types of “Office Supplies and Related Office Products”. This contract is set aside for certified JSEB/DBE/SBA Contractors only. The Small and Emerging Business (SEB) Participation Goal for this Project is 100%. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your ability to provide these services and to obtain a pricing commitment.

Deadline for Questions: The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at Jerrie.Gunder@jaxport.com or by submittal via E-Builders is MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2017 at 9:00AM (EST).   Questions will then be released by e-mail via an addendum to all known prospective bidders registered in the E-Builders website.

Deadline for Proposals:  Return responses no later than the deadline date of FRIDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2017 before 2:00PM (EST) to Jacksonville Port Authority, Port Central Office Building, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206, ATTN: Jerrie Gunder, Contract Specialist.
