- JAXPORT again named one of Northeast Florida’s healthiest workplaces
JAXPORT has been recognized as one of the First Coast’s healthiest workplaces for the fifth year in a row.
The First Coast Worksite Wellness Council recently awarded JAXPORT a platinum-level 2021 Healthiest Companies award, the program’s highest honor. The award recognizes organizations that have created a culture of health and wellbeing through best-in-class wellness programs.
JAXPORT offers employees a comprehensive wellness program that includes on-site gyms and wellness screenings, personalized health coaching, and wellness education programs.
“Our employees are our most important resource and prioritizing their health and wellbeing is vital to our continued success,” said JAXPORT CEO Eric Green. “This recognition is a reflection of the hard work and enthusiasm our employees put into helping us maintain a healthy workplace.”
JAXPORT is currently hosting a mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic to provide easier access to the vaccine for employees, private-sector port workers, and the public. The clinic runs through June 20 through a partnership with the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Division of Emergency Management. Read more.
