| Summary | General Scope of Work: The JPA is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from Design-Build firms to design, permit, furnish, and construct elements necessary for the new FS48 for occupancy and use by the Fire & Rescue Department on JAXPORT’s property at Blount Island Marine Terminal.

A MANDATORY SITE VISIT will be held at 3:00 PM (ET), WEDNESDAY, MAY 29, 2024. Participates will meeting in the Access Control Center’s Parking Lot, located at 9620 Dave Rawls Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32226.
ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ANY FIRM THAT MAY BE CONSIDERING SUBMITTING STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS.
DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: The deadline for questions will be Monday, June 3, 2024 at 12:00 PM (ET). Any questions regarding this RFQ should be directed only to Jerrie Gunder, Sr. Contract Specialist and submitted either by e-mail to jerrie.gunder@jaxport.com or through E-Builder. Answers to questions will be released by e-mail in an Addenda directed to all known prospective proposers.
DEADLINE FOR SOQ: All Statement of Qualifications will be received by JAXPORT Procurement Services in PDF Format Only through E-Builder until 2:00 PM (ET), MONDAY, JUNE 17, 2024. The submit button in E-Builder will deactivate exactly at 2:00 PM EST and you will not be permitted to submit your proposal regardless of where you are in the process. Please plan accordingly.
