| Summary | General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to modify (CMAC retrofit) Pond No. 8, as specified herein and in the project drawings and specifications. The work shall include, water quality monitoring, inspection and maintenance of system. Pond 8 is located at JAXPORT’s Blount Island Marine Terminal (Intermodal Dr. and Dave Rawls Blvd). Therefore, the purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to request information about your abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain a pricing commitment.
Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, THURSDAY, AUGUST 1, 2024, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82115952248?pwd=SQm3rPGa1ZAKnmuRZNDNV6nYqrbZAn.1 MEETING ID 821 1595 2248, PASSCODE 814684 for BIMT POND 8 CMAC RETROFIT.
All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. MC-1859B.
IT IS MANDATORY THAT THE BIDDER SHALL ACKNOWLEDGE THE INCLUSION OF ALL ADDENDA ON THE BID FORM, FORM BF. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SHALL BE MADE BY INITIALS AND DATE. FAILURE TO ACKNOWLEDGE ALL ADDENDA SHALL RESULT IN REJECTION OF THE BID.
