| Summary | The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, incidentals, means and methods to renovate the roof and wall of the GITMO Container Building located at Blount Island Marine Terminal (BIMT), 8998 Blount Island Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32226. The Scope of Work includes, but not limited to repairing existing roof panels and overlaying with a new metal roof system utilizing a peel and stick membrane on 2’’ rigid insulation; replacing the existing wall panels for full height on the North (true), South and West Facades; replacing the upper portion of the existing wall panels on the East Facade and repairing girts, sag rods and edge beams as required and in accordance with the contract specifications, Scope of Work and Drawings of the ITB.
