GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to mill & resurface, stripe, and repair/upgrade a wharf expansion joint at Berths 7 and 8 located at Talleyrand Marine Terminal (TMT) in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract, Specifications, and Drawings of this ITB.

Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET), local time, THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2025, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82977137721?pwd=42pPPyklVhsQa4LtyAIaJ5BpYZiFUD.1, MEETING ID:  829 7713 7721, PASSCODE: 809363 for ITB_MC-2026 – TMT BERTH 7 & 8 ASPHALT AND EXPANSION JOINT UPGRADES.

Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. MC-2026.

SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD AT 3:00 PM (ET), MONDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2024.  ATTENDANCE BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF EACH PROSPECTIVE BIDDER IS ENCOURAGED.

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions related to this contract are due by 4:00 PM (ET) on THURSDAY, JANUARY 2, 2025.  Submit Questions by e-mail ONLY to jerrie.gunder@jaxport.com or through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder).  Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders and posted on the JAXPORT website.

Bid and contract bonds are required.

The DBE Participation Goal established for this project is Zero (0%), however, participation is strongly encouraged.
