GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is interested in engaging the services of a qualified and experienced firm for or on behalf of the Jacksonville Port Authority with regard to federal government agencies, U.S. Congress and private concerns in and around Washington, D.C. This is an evaluated contract and will be awarded to the Proposal meeting the highest number of points by submitting the most responsive and responsible proposal that, when evaluated, meet both entities needs and requirements as outlined on the Evaluation Criteria Matrix (RFP ATTACHMENT NO. 1)

QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Terri Lemon-Scott at Terri.Lemon-Scott@jaxport.com or submitted through E-Builder is MONDAY, MARCH 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM (ET).  Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known potential bidders registered in the E-Builders website.

PROPOSAL DUE – before 2:00 PM (ET), on MONDAY, MARCH 31, 2025. Proposals and all required supplemental material listed in Article III (items to be submitted with Proposal Form) must be electronically submitted in PDF format only and uploaded into E-Builder. JAXPORT no longer accepts any proposals/bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries.

 INTERESTED PROPOSERS: All vendors/contractors interested in bidding on this project must register in Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder) via the link below.
