GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK:  The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and supervision necessary to include an addition of a new southbound lane along Dave Rawls Blvd within the footprint of an existing median at Blount Island Marine Terminal (BIMT).  Other work items include, but are not limited to, surveying, testing, demolition, clearing and grubbing all stumps, milling and resurfacing existing roadway, striping of lanes and construction of new concrete curb, gutter, and infill per the contract specifications and contract drawings of this ITB.  The mandatory SEB Participation Goal established for this project is 100% SEB Set-Aside (JSEB/MBE/WBE/DBE/SBA).

Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. C-2044A. Bid and contract bonds are required.
