General Scope of Work:   The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a qualified company to provide two (2) Trolley Motors as per specifications listed in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).  Therefore, the purpose of this solicitation is to request information about your company’s abilities to provide products specified and to obtain pricing commitments for Two (2) Trolley Motors as listed in the solicitation documents.

QUESTIONS DEADLINE – Related to this ITB are due by 12:00 P.M. (EDT) on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Submit questions by e-mail only to sandra.platt@jaxport.com

BIDS DUE – Sealed bids and all required supplemental material listed in Article III (items to be submitted with Bid Form) must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through E-Builder.  Bid documents submitted through Email or Fax will not be accepted or considered. Until further notice, JAXPORT is not accepting any bid packages submitted by Mail or Hand-Deliveries due to the current COVID-19 situation. Bids must be submitted prior to 2:00 PM (EST), TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2022.  The submit button in E-Builder will deactivate exactly at 2:00 PM EDT and you will not be permitted to submit your bid regardless of where you are in the process. Please plan accordingly.
