| Summary | General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is requesting sealed bids from responsible bidder for SSA Jacksonville Container Terminal – Phase 8. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to upgrade the aging and thin asphalt pavements and to replace the high mast lighting for better illumination to improve the efficiency of the SSA Terminal.
