| Summary | GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting proposals from “Qualified and Experienced Firms” to provide LIABILITY INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES for the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT). JAXPORT’S current Liability coverage include Commercial Marine Liability – Marine Terminal Operator Liability, Security Guard Liability, Railroad Track Owner Liability and Automobile Insurance coverage. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your company’s ability to provide the services specified and to obtain pricing commitments for specifications, listed on this RFP. QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at Jerrie.Gunder@jaxport.com or submittal through E-Builders is TUESDAY, JUNE 11, 2019 by 9:00AM(EST). Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective proposers registered in the E-Builders website. PROPOSALS DUE – before 2:00PM(EST) on THURSDAY, JUNE 27, 2019, delivered to Jacksonville Port Authority, Procurement Services Department, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206, ATTN: Jerrie Gunder, Contract Specialist.
