General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) will receive an RFP Package (Qualifications, Technical and Price Proposals) until Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 2:00PM (EST) for a Design-Build firm to design and construct repairs to the Dave Rawls Flyover Bridge located on the Blount Island Marine Terminal, 9620 Dave Rawls Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32226. These proposals will be publicly opened in the First Floor Conference Room, Jacksonville Port Authority, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32206.

Project Funding: JPA and State Grant Funds are being utilized on this project.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Access Control Center Building, Blount Island Marine Terminal, 9620 Dave Rawls Blvd., 2^nd Floor Conference Room, Jacksonville, FL 32226.

Deadline: “Qualification, Technical & Price” Proposal Submissions are due by 2:00 PM (EST) Wednesday, September 4, 2019.

Price Proposal Opening: “Price” Proposals will be opened at  2:00 PM (EST) Thursday, September 12. 2019.
