GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE –  The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting proposals from “Qualified and Experienced Firms” to provide MEDIA BUYING SERVICES to augment and assist marketing staff in performing trade press evaluation, advertisement placement purchases, and reporting in a professional manner. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your company’s ability to provide these products exactly as specified and to obtain a pricing commitment.

QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at Jerrie.Gunder@jaxport.com or submittal through E-Builders is FRIDAY, JANUARY 17, 2020 by 9:00AM(EST).  Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective Bidders registered in the E-Builders website.

BIDS DUE – before 2:00PM(EST) on THURSDAY, JANUARY 30, 2020. All Bids and any Addendums must be submitted in a sealed package (see below). Submit one (1) original (with ink signatures) and four (4) copies and all required supplemental materials. Each Proposal package submitted must have the Proposer’s name on the outside of the package along with the “RFP Number and Title” clearly written and addressed or delivered ONLY to:

Bid documents submitted through E-Builder, Email, or Fax, will not be accepted or considered.  Any Bids received after the above stated time and date will not be opened or considered. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to have its Bid delivered to JAXPORT as specified herein on or before the above date and time.  Reliance upon mail, public carrier or other delivery service is at Bidder’s risk.  All expenses for making Bids to JAXPORT are to be borne by the Bidder and will not be borne, charged to or reimbursed by JAXPORT in any manner or under any circumstance.
