Summary | Quotations will be received by JAXPORT until 2:00 PM (EST), local time, Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at which time the quotations will be opened in the First Floor Board Room, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206. General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority is requesting quotations from qualified firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to upgrade and repair certain equipment and components of an existing groundwater recovery system at the former Armour Fertilizer and Chemical Works Facility which was located on what is now the Talleyrand Marine Terminal, in accordance with attached Scope of Work and Specifications prepared by Golder Associates. Questions: Related to this quotation are due by 3:00 PM (EST) on Friday, January 24, 2020. Submit questions by e-mail only to sandra.platt@jaxport.com Pre-Quote Meeting & Site Visit: A Pre-Quote Meeting and Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at 10:00 AM (EST) at the Port Central Office Building, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue., Jacksonville, FL 32206. IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND, YOU MUST CALL (904) 357-3017 TO HAVE YOUR NAME ADDED TO THE SHUTTLE BUS ROSTER. THE SHUTTLE BUS WILL TRANSPORT BIDDERS AFTER THE PRE-QUOTE MEETING TO THE PROJECT SITE. THIS IS A RESTRICTED TERMINAL AND YOU MUST BE ON THE BUS ROSTER TO ENTER THE TERMINAL. PLEASE BRING A SAFETY VEST.
