| Summary | GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting proposals from “Qualified and Experienced Firms” to provide REFUNDING BANK TERM LOAN. JAXPORT is seeking to identify the institution for the purchase through direct placement of a refunding term loan/bond (the “Term Loan”). Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your company’s ability to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain a pricing commitment. QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at jerrie.gunder@jaxport.com or submittal through E-Builders is MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2020 by 9:00 AM EST. Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective Bidders registered in the E-Builders website. BIDS DUE – before 2:00 PM EST on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2020. All Bids and any Addendums must be submitted in a sealed package Interested Bidders: All vendors/contractors interested in bidding on this project must register with E-Builder via the link below.
