| Summary | GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting proposals from “Qualified and Experienced Firms” interested in and capable of providing FORENSIC ACCOUNTING SERVICES on an “as needed” basis with JAXPORT for Disaster Recovery efforts in the event of a natural disaster. The Proposed hourly fees must include all profit, taxes, benefits, travel, and all other related cost to perform these services. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your company’s ability to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain a pricing commitment. QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at jerrie.gunder@jaxport.com or submittal through E-Builders is FRIDAY, MARCH 20, 2020 by 9:00 AM EST. Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective Proposers registered in the E-Builders website. PROPOSALS DUE – before 2:00 PM EST on FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2020 – (extended from 05/08/20). All Proposals and any Addendums must be submitted in a sealed package (see below). Submit one (1) original (with ink signatures) and four (4) paper copies of all required supplemental materials. Each Proposal package submitted must have the Proposer’s name on the outside of the package along with the “RFP Number and Title” clearly written and addressed or delivered ONLY to: Jacksonville Port Authority Proposal documents submitted through E-Builder, Email, or Fax, will not be accepted or considered. Any Proposals received after the above stated time and date will not be opened or considered. It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to have its Proposal delivered to JAXPORT as specified herein on or before the above date and time. Reliance upon mail, public carrier or other delivery service is at Proposer’s risk. All expenses for making Proposals to JAXPORT are to be borne by the Proposer and will not be borne, charged to or reimbursed by JAXPORT in any manner or under any circumstance. *PLEASE NOTE: Any Proposals/Addendums submitted via upload in E-Builder, will not be accepted or considered.
