General Scope of Work:   The JPA is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from Professional Engineering Consultant Firm’s interested in providing Concept Development, Design and Permitting for improvements to Bartram Island DMMA Cell “C” for the Jacksonville Port Authority.

Attendance is highly recommended but not required for any Consultant Firm that may be considering submitting Statements of Qualifications for this project.

QUESTIONS:  Related to this RFQ are due by 10:00 A.M. (EST) on Thursday, September 24, 2020. Submit questions by e-mail only to sandra.platt@jaxport.com

Deadline: All Statement of Qualifications will be received by JAXPORT Procurement Services in PDF Format Only through E-Builder until 2:00 PM (EST), local time, MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2020.

Proposals must be submitted prior to 2:00 PM (EST), MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2020. The submit button in E-Builder will deactivate exactly at 2:00 PM EST and you will not be permitted to submit your proposal regardless of where you are in the process. Please plan accordingly.
