The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a qualified and licensed firm to provide “stabilized” and “as needed” PORTABLE RESTROOM/WASH STATION RENTAL AND CLEANING SERVICES for various areas of the Port and its Marine Terminals. JAXPORT intends to award a Contract to the Bidder offering the lowest Extended Total Cost of Groups 1-3 and who is consistent with meeting all specifications, terms and conditions set forth on this Invitation to Bid (ITB).  The prices quoted shall remain firm for the initial contract period of one (1) year and at the sole discretion of JAXPORT, may be extended for four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options. Therefore, the purpose of is to obtain a pricing commitment in regards to your ability to have the necessary organization, equipment, and staff to provide these services exactly as specified.

QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at jerrie.gunder@jaxport.com or submitted through E-Builder is FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2020 at 9:00 AM (EDT).  Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective Proposers registered in the E-Builders website.

PROPOSALS DUE – before 2:00 PM (EDT) on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2020.  Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through E-Builder.  Instructions on how to navigate in E-Builder, click the below link to access the “Bidders Portal Instructional Training Video”:

The submit button in E-Builder will deactivate exactly at the appointed bid due date/time (i.e., 2:00:00 PM EST) and you will not be permitted to submit your bid regardless of where you are in the process; please plan accordingly.  Any Bids/Addenda submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries, will not be accepted or considered.
