GENERAL SUMMARY: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a qualified and licensed firm to provide ON-SITE VEHICLE DETAIL CLEANING SERVICES for JAXPORT’s fleet on a per schedule basis at the Port Central Office Building (PCOB) and at the Security Operations Center (SOC). Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to request information about your company’s ability to provide these services and to obtain pricing commitment for per specifications outlined in this RFQ.

NON-MANDATORY SITE-VISIT: In an effort to help reduce the threat of the COVID virus and keep employees and business socially safe, JAXPORT will allow, at your convenience a “STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE DRIVE-THRU SITE VISIT” of the vehicles kept in the parking lot of the Port Central Office Building (PCOB), located at 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206. Every type of vehicle, except the SOC Mobile Command Unit, is housed (back fence area) at this location, including the JAXPORT Bus (right of parking lot exit). Visitations must be completed by 8:00 AM (EST), WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2021. Please be advised, the parking lot is monitored by security cameras; participates should not exit their vehicles. JAXPORT’s Staff/Guards reserve the rights at any time and without cause to ask for proof of ID and/or to request you exit the premises.

DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at Jerrie.Gunder@jaxport.com or in E-Builders has been extended to THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2021 by 11:00 AM (EST). Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known prospective bidders registered in the E-Builders website.

QUOTES DUE: The deadline for submitting quotes RFQ # 21-VDS has been extended to 2:00 PM (EST) on TUESDAY, MARCH 2, 2021.
