| Summary | General Scope of Work: The JPA is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from Professional Consultant Firms interested in providing Program Management and Inspection Services for SSA Jacksonville Container Terminal for the Jacksonville Port Authority. There will be two (2) Pre-Submission Meetings. Attendance at one of the two meetings is mandatory for any consultant that may be considering submitting a Statement of Qualifications.

QUESTIONS: Related to this RFQ are due by 12:00 PM (EST) on Friday, April 30, 2021. Submit questions by e-mail only to sandra.platt@jaxport.com DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: Sealed Proposals must be submitted prior to 2:00 PM (EST), WEDNESDAY, MAY 19, 2021. The submit button in E-Builder will deactivate exactly at 2:00:00 PM (EST) and you will not be permitted to submit your proposal regardless of where you are in the process. Please plan accordingly.
