| Summary | General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is requesting bids from qualified SEB (Small Emerging Business, certified JSEB/DBE/SBA/WBE/MBE) firms to furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision to renovate selected areas of public spaces inside the Port Central Office Building. The renovation comprises of enlarging and renovating existing restrooms, and installing an interior window to separate public and semi-public space; new plumbing, finishes, ceiling and lighting fixtures in the renovated restroom area; relocation of ductwork and HVAC accessories as necessitated by the renovation in accordance with specifications and drawings. The mandatory SEB Goals established for this project is Sheltered 100% SEB (JSEB/DBE/SBA/MBE/WBE). Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (EST), local time, Friday, September 17, 2021, at which time they shall be opened via “Go To Meeting” at: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/783635053, Access Code: 783-635-053 for PCOB LOBBY AND RESTROOM REMODEL. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. C-1784. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON September 2, 2021, at 10:00 AM, SITE VISIT (same date) 2:00 PM at Port Central Office Building, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue.
