| Summary | General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is requesting bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install Two (2) Railroad Crossing Gates at Blount Island Marine Terminal, in accordance with Contract Drawings and Technical Specifications Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (EDT), local time, THURSDAY, JULY 7, 2022, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM Meeting at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81636005403?pwd=bURVRFduR2swUnFzdU1aRnV0b2F5Zz09, Meeting ID: 816 3600 5403 Pass Code: 801182 for INSTALL TWO (2) RAILROAD CROSSING GATES AT BIMT. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. C-1791. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 14, 2022, AT 10:00 AM, ZOOM Meeting at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84141203073?pwd=MTZhMFR1OUN3eTV1ODFuTkp6NVBwUT09, Meeting ID: 841 4120 3073, Pass Code: 254797 OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM (EDT). Attendees will meet in the parking lot at the Access Control Building, Blount Island Marine Terminal, 9620 Dave Rawls Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32226. Transportation to the site will be provided by JAXPORT, no more than two (2) representatives per company will be allowed to attend.
