| Summary | General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is requesting bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and supervision necessary to rebuild an emergency overflow as shown in the attached record drawings from JAXPORT Contract No. C-1223, Sheet G-1, Sheet C-1, and Sheet C-2, all provided as Exhibit 6.3. All work must be performed above the Mean High Water Line (MHW). Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (EDT), local time, Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM Meeting at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89744206102?pwd=SHB6RlNsU01DU1B3NUl1L0YwekxJdz09, Meeting ID: 897 4420 6102, Pass Code: 471121 for REBUILD EMERGENCY OVERFLOW. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. C-1832. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 10:00 AM (EDT), ZOOM Meeting at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82866712848?pwd=b3ZJUGUrc0kwYVI5Q3drQTNQZDNPQT09, Meeting ID: 828 6671 2848, Pass Code: 039858 SITE VISIT: An Optional Site Visit will be held Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 2:00 PM (EDT). Attendees will meet in the parking lot at the Access Control Building, Blount Island Marine Terminal, 9620 Dave Rawls Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32226. Transportation to the site will be provided by JAXPORT, no more than two (2) representatives per company will be allowed to attend.
