DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: The deadline for questions will be MONDAY, MARCH 20, 2023 at 12:00 PM (EST). Proposals and all required supplemental material listed in Article III (items to be submitted with Proposal Form) must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through E-Builder. Proposal documents submitted through Email or Fax will not be accepted or considered. JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Delivery.
