| Summary | GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional MEDIA BUYING SERVICES to augment and assist JAXPORT’s marketing staff in achieving its business goals to increase brand awareness and generate leads by performing services such as, but not limited to trade press evaluations, advertisement placement purchases, negotiating best prices and quality for media, and reporting demographics and market segments as assigned for the initial period of two (2) years with an option for two (2) additional, one (1) year renewals made at the sole discretion of JAXPORT and based on vendor performance. This is an evaluated contract and will be awarded to one (1) Proposer receiving the highest number of points. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain a pricing commitment. QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at jerrie.gunder@jaxport.com or submitted through E-Builder is MONDAY, JULY 24, 2023 at 9:00 AM (EST). Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known potential bidders registered in the E-Builders website. PROPOSAL DUE – before 2:00 PM (EST), on THURSDAY, AUGUST 10, 2023. Proposals and all required supplemental material listed in Article III (items to be submitted with Proposal Form) must be electronically submitted in PDF format only and uploaded into E-Builder. JAXPORT no longer accepts any proposals/bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. INTERESTED PROPOSERS: All vendors/contractors interested in bidding on this project must register with E-Builder via the link below.
